In the 15th anniversary year of their 2nd lp (Coup De Theatre) which contained the underground favorite “Mike, Aaron & Eddie”, Abstract Rude of ATU and Freestyle Fellowship founders Myka 9 & Aceyalone are touring together for the first time in 5 years. Last summer HAIKU DE THEATRE…the Best of Haiku lp was released under the Keep The Feel Ent. imprint via Alphapup Distribution.

In addition, all 3 artists have new solo projects & collabs just recently released;
• Abstract Rude’s “Making Lost Trax”
• Myka 9’s “Tonight’s Program”
• Aceyalone’s “43rd & Excellence” w/DJ Fat Jack

Myka 9 & Aceyalone are founding members of the legendary Freestyle Fellowship rap group, and Abstract Rude is the MC & founding member of Abstract Tribe Unique. Both groups were staples of Los Angeles’ famed Good Life Health Food Centre open mic sessions as documented in the Ava Duvernay directed film THIS IS THE LIFE.

Both groups (FF & ATU) were also once signed to major labels (Island & Capitol), surviving a wild & crazy ride through the music industry to becoming OG independent LA hip-hop heroes of today. Ab Rude, Myka 9 & Aceyalone combine to form Haiku D’Etat (releasing Haiku D’Etat in 2000 & Coup De Theatre in 2004 on Project Blowed Recordings), and they even voltron to form the A.B. Baracus & Acey da Faceman “A-Team” duo (w/ ’99 and ’06 releases) and the Ab & Myka 2015 released AyeM Ray-DIO lp, also out now on Keep The Feel Ent.

This tour concert will feature a joint Haiku set & encore collabs of solo & group classics + KTF Ent’s DJ Bennishoes on the wheels.
