He is the College of Hip Hop Knowledge’s DJ\, part of AKAdemics\, and has rocked with many legends through the years. His DJ sets are always fresh and unique\, and he is also a phenomenal EDM producer. With his wide variety of experiences\, DJ Berlin continues to bring high energy and cutting-edge music to the crowd. \n\n\n\nA decade-plus rap veteran\, Blakchyl’s Austin roots date back to her formative years in a youth hip-hop program and exploits with longtime musical group Mindz of a Different Kind. Multiple records in\, with some offerings only scattered across particular streaming services\, committed fans of the artist’s studied\, tough-edged\, but evolving hip-hop discover the connecting themes: various collaborators\, that wisely mellow voice\, and an underdog mentality. Her raps radiate assured swagger\, beaming pride for East Austin. Blakchyl\, aka Te’aunna Moore\, has broached the topic of underappreciation a few times since fully pivoting to a solo career. \n\n\n\nAt College of Hip Hop Knowledge\, our mission is to foster a paid and knowledgeable hip hop community in the ATX. Founded in 2015 by Big Mic and Jsun The Prophesor\, we have been dedicated to empowering artists and helping them find their sound.  We have a professional studio called The Academy in Bastrop\, Texas\, which is a great place to record and refine your skills. We have toured all across the United States to further the ATX sound and hip hop culture in general.  We currently have 9 signed members that have individual music\, as well as groups within CHHK\, and we also perform as a group all together on-stage.

Swapping genre-bending riffs for the ball\, the SIPA boys pass around sonic excellence.  

  \n\n\n\nJeremiah Jackson is the king of Glam Daddy Blues\, a genre that didn’t even exist until he invented it a few years ago. It’s basically an amalgamation of all that’s inspired him since he began playing guitar in high school 15 years ago\, in the small East Texas town of Longview: Early 70s David Bowie-style glam\, Led Zeppelin/Santana/Hendrix-style classic rock\, and garage-blues duos such as The White Stripes and The Black Keys.

Their wide variety of different musical influences and styles create a unique sound spanning several genres\, from R&B to Hard Rock\, to Blues and Funk. Their sound is unique and extremely dynamic\, ranging from beautiful intertwined melodies to funky grooves\, to hard rock and rap. \n\n\n\nEddieAngel bears the weight of decades on debut EP LOVE BOMB – at least vocally. The jazz-driven R&B vehicle steers the Austin singer-songwriter’s powerhouse chords through spry lyrics\, shooting syllables like daggers and falling headfirst into riffs. He squeaks out “electricity” with the posture of Prince on “U & I\,” then pockets “ICU (Acoustic Version)” with the commanding rasp of Amy Winehouse. The six-track collection’s floaty arrangements disintegrate on the titular closer\, where darkened guitar tones take a hard left turn.
