Founded by rapper K-Rino in 1986, hip-hop collective SPC unites artists from the South Park area of Houston and built a platform for local HTX acts to create music that represents their neighborhood. The coalition has released over 100 albums from a long list of artists, including Point Blank, PSK-13, Klondike Kat, and Grimm, and its scope is now global, with members and outposts in countries like England, Germany, Belgium, and Australia—and now SPC is coming to Flamingo Cantina!
